Highland Kombucha currently offers local delivery within selected areas of Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will generally be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following day.

Orders placed outside our operating days or during public holidays may require additional processing time.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for delivery by our local delivery partner.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, traffic conditions, order volume and driver availability.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and delivery instructions are accurate when placing your order.

For apartments, condominiums, offices and other buildings with restricted access, please provide any relevant instructions for security, concierge, lobby or drop-off access.

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or access the delivery location, delivery may be delayed or additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Chilled Products

Highland Kombucha is a refrigerated product. Please refrigerate your kombucha as soon as possible after receiving your order.
